Michael, aka Waz.

He works with beginners, weekend warriors and advanced lifters, and he’s heavily involved in the powerlifting community himself.

Milestone lift, October 2026 220 kg Zercher squat At 110 kg bodyweight. No belt.

The best part of powerlifting has always been the people you meet along the way. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

… in this time I have competed in 3 powerlifting competitions (coming in 2nd place in my very first comp, and winning the next two!). His knowledge on training, recovery, anatomy and nutrition is amazing, but what makes him a truly unique coach is how much he cares about each client.
